Physics is counted between frames while rendering sequence in Movie Render Queue

So as I mentioned in the title. When I render the animation I can see how physics is being simulated between the frames. It affects the final result and makes physical parts such as collisions and cloth not as smooth as they were on the preview. Also sometimes it can create a mess with the jiggling and explosive behavior of physical parts. (Some of those issues can be fixed by the motion blur feature, mentioned in other topics here, but still, MB doesn’t solve the main issue which is extra simulation between actual frames).
