Summary
After the 38.00 update, when running into a sphere with physics enabled, the character movement glitches and the sphere is rubber banding. This only happens with smaller spheres, bigger spheres (e.g. scale 2.0 or bigger) do not cause the issue. The smaller spheres work as normal with d-launchers and other physics, only characters moving into them is broken.

Steps to Reproduce
Place a sphere in a project with physics enabled and add a physics component to the sphere. Run into the sphere.
Expected Result
The character should keep running, pushing the ball in front of it. This is how it behaved before update 38.00.
Observed Result
The character is held up by the sphere.
