Physical Materials not working as intended after publishing/playtesting

Applying physical materials (ice, glass,…) not producing the desired effects after performing memory calculation for playtesting/ publishing (works beforehand on the editor)

Steps to Reproduce

  • Apply Physical material [Ice] to a custom material
  • Apply material to plane for player to walk/run on.
  • Start game with Physical material [Ice] applied to said material.
  • Perform Memory Calculation to prepare island for playtesting/publishing.
  • Load into playtesting/published island.

Expected Result

  • Walk on ice with Physical material [Ice] applied to the material and then player character starts sliding.

Observed Result

  • Walk on ice with Physical material [Ice] applied to the material and then player character does not slide.
