Summary
When using the “Quick Weapon Keybind” setting on a controller, the phone tool does not function properly. For instance, if the quick weapon keybind is set to the same button as the delete function, pressing the button will close the phone tool and activate the quick weapon instead.

Steps to Reproduce
Launch Creative mode while using a controller.
Enable the “Quick Weapon Keybind” option in the settings.
Equip an item.
Attempt to perform the quick weapon keybind action while using the phone tool.
Expected Result
The phone will perform the intended function. For example, pressing the right bumper on xbox will rotate an object.
Observed Result
The phone will close and quick weapon will be activated instead
