Phasing In Play Mode

Summary

If Phase is enabled in Edit Mode, when you start game and fly, phase will work in edit mode.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In edit mode, Phase
  2. While in edit mode, enable flight so you can fly in play mode.
  3. Start game
  4. Fly
  5. Observe that phase is working in play mode, when it shouldn’t be.

Expected Result

Phase should be disabled in play mode.

Observed Result

Phase works in play mode.

You can tell this is a bug because there’s no way to turn it off while in play mode.
