Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch Fortnite on Nintendo Switch.
  2. Attempt to connect to a match or enter the game lobby.
  3. The game fails to connect and displays a network connection error.

Expected Result

The game should successfully connect to the matchmaking servers and load into the game lobby or match without network errors.

Observed Result

The game fails to connect and displays a network connection error / matchmaking error message.

Additional Notes

Troubleshooting already attempted: switched to wired Ethernet, static IP, port forwarding, MTU 1500, cleared Switch cache, changed matchmaking region to Europe, and updated DNS. Issue remains unresolved.
