my speakers did this untill i pluged the power usb into the outlet on the wall. If there isn’t seperate plugins for power and audio then you need something thats good at prossesing sound, and stblizing power, like a good DAC, Mixer, Audio Interface, Recever, Set of Speakers, or adapter. what did not fix it for me was pluging it into my usb hub powered from the wall outlet.
