As of yesterday (December 4th 2025), we get an authentication issue for our perforce user on ssl:p4-licensee.epicgames.com:1666.
Who can we contact to have that issue resolved? ![]()

Hello.
The Perforce password has likely expired and needs to be reset; this occurs annually and advance notice is sent by email to the account administrator.
Please have your account administrator go to Epic’s Okta instance and log in with the Perforce username and your prior password, and they should automatically be prompted to set a new password.
