PCG for large-scale landscape with Runtime Partitioned will cause memory leaking

Summary

5.5 and 5.6 all have this problem, PCG for large scale runtime partition grid will cause memory leaking, my character is a high-speed air-craft, flying long time later will cause game crashed because of memory leak

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Using 5.5 or 5.6
  2. Create very simple PCG for landscape without 2D Grid
  3. Setting PCG Generate at runtime and open IsPartitioned
  4. Set PCG to a very large PCGVolume
  5. Create a simple flying Character with high-speed
  6. Flying forward for a long time

Expected Result

Memory will leaking very bad
