Summary
5.5 and 5.6 all have this problem, PCG for large scale runtime partition grid will cause memory leaking, my character is a high-speed air-craft, flying long time later will cause game crashed because of memory leak

Steps to Reproduce
- Using 5.5 or 5.6
- Create very simple PCG for landscape without 2D Grid
- Setting PCG Generate at runtime and open IsPartitioned
- Set PCG to a very large PCGVolume
- Create a simple flying Character with high-speed
- Flying forward for a long time
Expected Result
Memory will leaking very bad
