Summary
This was reported again, fixed, now its back. When launching live edit, after it has finished loading (this time, not while loading it like last time), my PC would completely freeze multiple times for 1 second.

Launch live edit (not sure which project complexity, I launch on one thats 8k actors)
Expected Result
UEFN doesnt cause CPU spikes when launching live edit
Observed Result
UEFN causes CPU to peak at 100% for one second, and my PC full freezes (including mouse cursor).
