You came to the UE forum to ask about a dev machine you can also game on. But you’ve gravitated towards a gaming machine you can dev on. What’s the point of asking questions if your mind is already set? Plenty of other places out there with much better advice.
Sure, it’s a generic yet modern gaming PC that can, of course, run UE well. 
At this point you might as well go to Logical Increments, select your country and find the price bracket.
