You came to the UE forum to ask about a dev machine you can also game on. But you’ve gravitated towards a gaming machine you can dev on. What’s the point of asking questions if your mind is already set? Plenty of other places out there with much better advice.
Sure, it’s a generic yet modern gaming PC that can, of course, run UE well.
