Payouts stuck "in progress"

Summary

Since marketplace went to FAB it seems all my payouts since november last year is stuck at “in progress”. All my information looks correct and hyperwallet has worked in the past without problems. Anyone got any idea? Support page seems broken right now so I don’t know how to contact FAB directly.

Go to the sellers page.

Expected Result

Payout should say paid.

Observed Result

Stuck “in progress”.

You will have to wait for the support page to work again and then ask them what is blocking the payment.

There no other way to contact them sadly, they have a filter when contacting via direct mail.
