Since marketplace went to FAB it seems all my payouts since november last year is stuck at “in progress”. All my information looks correct and hyperwallet has worked in the past without problems. Anyone got any idea? Support page seems broken right now so I don’t know how to contact FAB directly.
Experiencing something very similar. Earnings withheld after marketplace migration to FAB, Hyperwallet fully set up and verified. FAB support committed in writing to reprocess once setup was complete. After fulfilling every requirement, they escalated to ‘Finance team’ with no ETA and no escalation path. Documented the whole case in a dedicated thread. Has anyone found an actual resolution?
