Hi ,
Usually, this happens when your model is imported far from the origin in Twinmotion, which is because the model in the source DCC program is far from the origin there. You would need to edit the coordinates in the original DCC program to be close to the origin, then re-import the model into Twinmotion to correct this.

Did it helped? If not, I have an other idea.
I experienced something similar and it definitely had nothing to do with the original, it was a shadow problem.
I had HDRI sky set, but for some reason the dynamic sky sun also cast a shadow on certain surfaces.
It looked similar to the picture above.
I then replaced the HDRI sky and it was fine.
I think you should do a quick test: in the first step, replace sky with dynamic sky and the problem will disappear, then it is clear that the double shadow is the cause.
Let me know if it worked, I'm curious
Tried with dynamic sky - same problem. Haven't tried yet to check placement of the model in the source program, but as I remember it wasn't so far from the origin, but model itself has large size - it's more than 10 buildings with streets and improvement. Whole model made in millimeter units - same as twinmotion units so it's also scaled correctly.
HI ,
Thanks for letting us know. Once you are able to, please check the coordinates of the model to see fi that is causing the issue or not.
If the coordinates are not the problem, I recommend submitting a bug report here and sharing a copy of your file so our support team can investigate. When you share your file, make sure to use the Resource Collector in Twinmotion's Edit menu to compress your files so all texture data is preserved.

Found reason of this problem! This "line" appears because of bump, if its "on" we can see this line in some views, when I'm changing the value of bump, line is moving from side to side. You can see on the screenshot below - on the floor I changed bump value of red bricks texture and line moved to the right of another bump line on the near placed grey brick texture.
How to save bump value but get rid of this line?
Hi ,
Which version of Twinmotion are you using? This sound very similar to a bug in the 2022.1 version of that was fixed in the 2022.2 version, where the bump a bump value greater than 0% would artifacts to appear on the material like the lines in your image. The workaround at the time was to disable the Weather setting for the material to get the lines to go away.
If you're on the 2022.2.3 or the 2023.1 Preview 1 version, then this bug might have re-appeared. If you are on these versions, please submit a bug report here and share a copy of your Twinmotion file packaged using the Resource Collector (Edit menu > Resource Collector > Compress Files).
Version 2022.2.3 EDU. Already sent bug report and shared a copy of my file. Right now tried to disable weather setting, but problem still same. Here's gif below
Hi ,
Would you be able to send that file in the bug report you submitted? The file you shared originally was not packaged with the Resource Collector, so the texture was missing. I believe the textures are part of the issue, so we'll need them to proceed.
