Patchwork Speaker saving issue when working with teams

Summary

I am currently creating an island with a team of three people using the team collaboration feature. We have 11 patchwork speakers on the island. The speakers keep automatically being checked out by one user making it impossible to check-in changes. The error message is “Check in failed, assets are already checked out” and then it lists one of the users on the team (who has not checked out the speakers). The user pushes changes to the island and then it states that there are 11 unsaved changes. Those 11 unsaved changes are the speakers, even though they have not changed the speakers or checked out the speakers. We have to keep going round in circles, saving changes that we didn’t make and then checking in before another team member can legitimately check in changes. There are also conflicts when checking in the speakers even though nobody on the team has made any changes to the speakers.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Work as a team on creating an island
  2. Add patchwork speakers (and probably a note sequencer and instrument device)
  3. Ensure nobody on the team edits the patchwork speakers
  4. Check in some changes
  5. Wait for the error message “Check in failed, assets are already checked out”
  6. Get the user listed to check in their changes
  7. Check in your own changes

Expected Result

UEFN should allow all users to check in changes without any conflicts relating to the speakers or assets being checked out.

Observed Result

UEFN will not let anyone in the team check in changes because another person in the team appears to have checked out and edited the speakers, even though they have not.
