Particles speed in cinematic problem

The problem applies to UNREAL 4.24 to 4.24.3
Niagara particle systems and, for example, fire from the starter packet.

I have a particle system that works correctly in the preview window and even in the cinametic window.
But when generating animations in cinematic mode (applies to single frames and video file) the animation is accelerated several times.
So in the preview the fire crops with normal speed and after generating the animation the fire burns at a fast pace.

I was looking for a solution a few evenings but I can’t find it.
