Particle System onto Blueprint Class

I’ve been using this session to try and enable a “Particle System” on a “Blueprint Class” MESH, basically the end-goal is to have “ROTATING FOG” but it’s proving difficult. Sir De Jong in this session doesn’t really clarify on some settings to implement the Particle System onto his MESH. More specifically, the values he has in the “Curve Editor” window on his Particle System. I managed to make a working Particle, yet when I try to assign Skel Location and set my ACTOR(MESH) onto it, nothing happens. Can anyone help?
