Particle system crash

Whenever I create a particle system when I open it the editor causes crash, has anyone had this problem?

What you are describing are the some known repro steps to a d3d Device Lost crash that has become prominent in the past few versions.

I will be able to verify that once you provide the following:

  • Epic/Login ID (found in the crash reporter window that pops up after a crash)
  • Full stack
  • Logs

We have not heard back from you in a few days, so we are marking this post as resolved for tracking purposes. If you are still experiencing the issue you reported, please respond to this message with additional information and we will follow up.

This error occurred when I opened the particulate system and clicked on the sender’s required:

"LoginId:48ec41bd4eb3acb1aac75696f841caf8
EpicAccountId:4674e17e28b34aaca5a3def7f631da60

You do not have any debugging symbols required to display the callstack for this crash."

I’m having another problem, as soon as I open any project a dialog box appears saying:
“There is no disk in the drive. Insert a disk in the E: drive.” And three options Cancel, Try and Continue, clicking on any of the options will not prevent you from opening the editor, but this is not correct.
