Particle system bad render after migration

Howdy folks,

I migrated my project from 4.14 to 4.16, and there is a problem with rendering some of my particle systems.

As far as I have been able to tell, noting changed with any settings. I thought maybe there might be something in the project settings in 4.16 that needs to be changed, but I couldn’t find anything

Any ideas what could be causing this?
