Particle Spherical Normals not scaling with non-uniform scale

hello!

I noticed that if you generate spherical normals for particles, they don’t scale with non-uniform scaled particles. I noticed this with Niagara but have not yet tested with Cascade.

what happens is that you end up having a small spherical lighting anomaly in the middle of your particle that’s scaled to fit the smallest of the two axes.

Have experienced the exact same thing in my personal project in 4.26.2

My guess is that its an unintentional bug with Niagara.
