Particle simulation from niagara goes crazy when changing the processing mode from CPU to GPU

Hi!

I have been struggling when exporting a particle simulation from Houdini through Niagara. The frame rate goes down when using the CPU mode to process/run the simulation. When changing it to GPU the simulation changes completely from the original. It kind of emmitts particles from one specific location going really fast all with the same direction and velocity as if the original simulation does not exist.

Any ideas of how to fix this?
