I have set up a player controller that selectes a target actor by click on them and then clicking on a button in my widget it is ment to spawn an emitter at that targerts location. It works fine from client to server but when it is the servers turn it does not replicate the partical any help would be appreciated.
Hi, all player controller exist on the server, but on each client only the player controller of that client exists. Therefore if the server would call a multicast on the player controller of the server, then it will only execute on the server since that player controller does not exist on any of the clients. And if the server would call a multicast on the player controller of a client, then it will execute on the server and on that client but not on any of the other clients.
