What might be the problem here. Tried to set Auto Exposure flags false but it didn’t help.

You’ll want to set the bounds for your Particle effect.
You can access this by clicking in the black space next to your module and you will now have options in your details panel in the particle system to set the bounds.
Set the bounding box to a larger size. This way you can control how far off screen the particle effect will stay working without being in direct view. Do not make this extremely large for this kind of effect. Just increase it slightly since it’s just before the camera is away from it.
