Particle Effects not working on 4.23

Hello All,
I just start a project on UE 4.23, and I download the Particle Effects Project to use some fire, and then, when I open the project I see the Particle Effects not working on my Workstation.
Please find attach a capture, where you can see the particle effect is not working on the editor.
