The particle effect you see is meant to be a continuous flame, yet it keeps stopping. This is the same for all my particle effects.
I think it must be a setting error because its now on my previous saves

It looks like one of two different issues may need to be addressed. One check to make sure that you are Spawning and not Bursting your Flames and also check to make sure that if you are wanting to burst your flames that your lifetime and the Emitter duration are equal so that the burst happens then immediately happens again without delay.
