I am researching the use of UE4 in a HPC environment, to render movies from massive sets of data. I am not aware of any way of doing a parallel rendering without heavy coding.
Easiest solution would be to have different computers render different parts of the video.

The nDisplay system might be a starting point?
You can configure multiple machinea to render different parts of the viewport in a synchronized way… Don’t have any experience with it myself though…
