Parallax Occlusion Darkens the Mesh

Hello,
I made a parallax occlusion material following a youtube tutorial and for some reason, the material seems to make the mesh darker for some reason.I’ve checked through the buffer visualisation for each of my textures in the viewport but all the textures seemed to be working properly.

It seems to be working when I’m in the mesh viewport

Found the solution! If you turn off ‘Cast Shadow’ on the mesh, it will render correctly
