paper2d png makes white outline

I worked 4.20, and I updated to 4.21

Goblin was imported on 4.20
Hamster was imported on 4.21

I think, Png Makes invisable background color with same as nearby color.
But 4.21 makes allways makes white color.

How can I fix it?
