Panoramic Rendering Region / Cylindrical Camera

hi, i have a project where i need to render a film for a massive domelike screen with 22080x1440pix.
my current way to achieve this is rendering out a equirectangular pano with 2:1 resolution and cut away the vertical rest i do not need. as i can only render 16k pixels i go with the half of the resolution, 11040x5.520pix, then cut away the rest so i have 11040x720pix.
which is only half the resolution i need and unneccesary rendering of vertical content.
does someone know a way to only render out the resolution i need? like with a cylindrical camera?
do i need this plugin: https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/en-US/product/camera-360-v2
also with the panoramic rendering feature: does someone know what horz/vert field of view does?

thank you much for a tipp!
