pakaged builds for UE 4.26 crash when creating instance static mesh when using vulkan

in UE 4.26 when i package my game for windows using any RHI other than DX12 it crashes as soon as i create an instance static mesh in the scene why is this happening and if it only works on DX 12 will that mean Linux builds using vulkan will crash too or is this just a windows issue

Same problem, even ue 4.26.1 crash with the same error on dx11

Getting the same error on shipping build of my game, when loading into my open world map from my demo map (never had issues before 4.26, and I’ve kept careful note of what I do) only added some rocks and waterfall in a new starting area. Attached image.

Trying my best to fix it today, but I guess we’ll see what happens.
