Packaging Doesn't Save Everything in My Level

Problem Description:

I tried packaging the level I made, and the material didn’t transfer to the level - leaving the default material in its place. Also I edited the DefaultCharacter actor pawn and that file did not package in the level either. Is there any way to solve this problem, and package all relevant files to the .pak?

There are other materials that do work… and the DefaultCharacter stays as it would as if I had never changed it.

Pressing play in UTEditor works smoothly and all changes stick.
