Packaging Android I choose arm64 and armv7 to generate two apks. How can I generate only one apk and support both 32-bit and 64-bit Android.

Is there a way to upload both armv7 and arm64 to google playstore? and if - how?? If I upload the arm64, significantly less devices are supported than armv7. It would be nice to have both. Google made it a requirement to have 64-bit. This release is not compliant with the Google Play 64-bit requirement.
