Packages missing from my library / unable to test in older versions of engine

I cannot download the product I've just published on Fab

Summary I’ve published a new product on Fab and I wanted to test everything is OK, but I cannot download it. The web interface says at the same time that I have to add it to my library and that I own it. I’ve checked in the Fab library of Epic launcher it’s no there either. What type of bug are you experiencing?
