Packages missing from my library / unable to test in older versions of engine

Summary

I released asset pack (Doorbells Asset Pack – High-Quality Interactive Door bells | Fab). It supports UE versions from 4.27 onwards. It doesn’t show in my library, so I cannot even test if the uploaded version works in those versions that don’t have Fab plugin.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create and submit asset pack to Fab that supports earlier UE versions
  2. Search for the pack in my library in Epic Launcher

Expected Result

The asset pack is present in my library in: on fab website, in Epic launcher and in Fab plugin.

Observed Result

I can only test it from fab plgin

This seems like very old bug, that was reported multiple times. Why isn’t it fixed by now?
