I’ve published a new product on Fab and I wanted to test everything is OK, but I cannot download it. The web interface says at the same time that I have to add it to my library and that I own it. I’ve checked in the Fab library of Epic launcher it’s no there either.
I can add the plugin to UE engine via Epic launcher and use it in UE
Observed Result
I can’t download it because Fab states it is not in my library and I cannot either add it to my library because I already own it (I’m the publisher)
So, it’s impossible for me to verify everything works properly.
@skfabby I’ve tried with the Fab plugin too. In this case I can’t download anything I’ve published after Fab release. For the engine plugin it’s normal, because it’s an engine plugin, not something one can add to a project (one adds it to an engine version), but for an asset pack it’s not normal.
FYI, as I posed in my report for this bug workaround for this it to contact support. They can add the pack to your library and you can then test it in any UE version you need.
