Packaged Quest 2 Scene Depth material expression UVs not working as expected.

I have an issue where using the offset or UV input for the scene depth material expression works in editor and with the vulkan preview enabled but stops working when I package for Quest 2.
I have mobile multiview and Instanced Stereo on and Mobile HDR off, the depth expression itself works and if I hook it up to a red and green colour in editor I can see the offset working, but then packaged the depth works but the offset is broken.
Is this expected on quest or is this a bug? and is there any work around?
