A couple good points though: in the technical aspects of the asset, they should include whether or not the materials are PBR (most say if they are, but the military asset pack 1 for example does not), and from the complaints of the urban city pack it seems that modular assets should indicate if all the models will snap to a certain grid size and which models (if any) are free hand placed (that is what I could gather from the coments there).
Some wireframes could be good too that way people can see how effective the polygons where used.
