Steps to Reproduce
Place down a scout spire device/Overlord Spire go into settings and try to turn the music off then confirm
Expected Result
The music shouldn’t be enabled when the play music setting is set to off
Observed Result
Placing down any of the spire devices plays very loud music that cannot be turned off
