See original case “Origin Issue: FORT-1123023”. It says there fixes will come with 42.00. Hopefully soon 
Expected Result
Duplicate hierarchy in outliner should create a duplicate of the folder and it’s content.
Observed Result
Items in the folder get duplicated into the same folder.
