Steps to Reproduce

  1. Published island on May 16, 2026
  2. XP Status immediately showed “Analyzing”
  3. Pushed 7 version updates over 9 days
  4. XP Status remains stuck on “Analyzing” with no change
  5. Island has never appeared in any discovery category

Expected Result

XP Status should resolve from “Analyzing” within 24-48 hours of publishing and island should be placed in appropriate discovery categories

Observed Result

XP Status has been stuck on “Analyzing” for 9 days despite 7 version updates. Island has received zero discovery category placement during this entire period except for approximately 10 minutes in the New section on launch day

Update: XP Status has now been stuck on ‘Undergoing calibration’ for 10 days, not just ‘Analyzing’. Removing all Accolade devices did not resolve the issue. The calibration process appears permanently stalled on your backend for island 3359-9865-2687. This is preventing discovery placement entirely.
