Orthographic camera and isometric view

Hello all.
I’m making an isometric game but from what i’ve seen UE still has problems with orthographic camera view such as not rendering dynamic shadows and some light sources like point light.
So i would like some help as how to setup good isometric view. The workaround i currently use is setting FOV really small like 10-15 degrees and putting the camera far above, but it’s not ideal.
The environment are all custom 3d meshes
