Orthographc Camera Ignores Opacity Masks?

Hello Friends,

I’m currently trying to get an orthographic camera to capture material that has an applied opacity mask to hide the hollow out a cube. However, it appears that the Orthographic camera ignores Opacity Masks? Is this true? If so how can I mitigate this? I’m trying to create a top down camera that has a mode to apply this material to all geometry so you can see a “wall only” version of the geometry (wireframe masks the majority of the walls which is why I’m not using it, yet wireframe can be picked up in ortho cameras).

Do orthographic cameras actually ignore opacity masks? Is this normal, or am I doing something wrong?
