Orient Rotation to Movement causing jittering when moving backwards or strafing

Summary

In UE 5.3.2 when using ‘Orient Rotation to Movement’ during replication, moving backwards causes extreme jittering on all clients (tested on dedicated server, Standalone).

I am not using ‘Use Control Desired Rotation’ or any other ‘Use Controller’ selection. I am using ‘Use Pawn Control Rotation’ for the SpringArm, though I get the same issue with that turned off as well.

Does not seem to affect animations, purely movement itself when going backward or to some extent strafing.

I need to use this option so a feasible workaround would be nice at the least. This is for a quadruped animal and has been the most optimal so far to have realistic movement.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a character (even base character class), set Orient Rotation to Movement, then run it in dedicated server.

Expected Result

Movement should be smooth regardless if moving forward or backward, or side to side.

Observed Result

Severe jittering movement.
