Orbit Camera Device's "Hide Player Character" Option / Setting Bug

Okay, after a few more hours of testing, the Issue seems to have narrowed down to the Sequencer. I had a sequence that plays a intro as soon as game starts. I stopped it and it seems to have fixed it. I will re-make that sequence and see if that resolves it

All I am able to conclude is that the Sequence / cinematic camera is interfering with the actual Game cameras
