Summary
I was working on a rather large widget blueprint earlier yesterday, when i got a bunch of random validation errors saying Invalid condition. I thought maybe it was because of the name of the widget i was binding (i had changed the name from PrimarySelectionButton to CPrimarySelectionButton before i duplicated a bunch so it would sort better in the binding lists) so i started changing them to DPrimarySelectionButton instead, wasnt sure why that would be but it was the only thing i had changed before the validation error came up. i accidentally hit F1 and F2 at the same time, which resulted in the editor crashing.
Now, whenever i try and open that widget it crashes, and when i try and validate the widget it gives a bunch of “Invalid Condition” errors.
I would’ve thought i would be able to open the widget to fix whatever the validation errors are but im not able to at all. I’ve tried duplicating it, moving it to another project, and it still results in the entire editor crashing. I have tried reaching out in various communities, but nobody really knows how to fix it, and i believe i have exhausted all the troubleshooting steps they were able to provide
To make matters even worse, there was a bug recently that caused you to not be able to load into your project if you had revision control enabled. because i wanted to continue working on my project i disabled it, so there is no backup that i can simply revert the file to. . .
