Opening transactions example project causes moderation warning

Summary

After opening the recently added transactions template, if you save it and re-open the project there is a chance you get a moderation warning saying that content in the project points to an external link.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a project using the transactions template, Save the project and reopen it. There is a chance you will get directed to the creator portal after a moderation warning is applied.

Expected Result

Project to open cleanly.

Observed Result

Random chance you may get a moderation warning on the project for referencing an external link.

There has been a regression, and the problem has come back. This is on the original UEFN Feature Example test template. Unchanged at the client end.
