Opening Project Crash - EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

Hello
I’ve been trying to open my team project to work on more progression but at 79% ‘opening project’, I receive this crash error every time. I have already contacted player support and tried all methods and nothing worked. I even checked on my Creator Portal in the team management and the main admin hasn’t removed me.
This issue started on the 6th of August but everything was fine before that.

Please I hope there is a possible fix to this.

Trouble is because of how complex the report form is, I believe it mentions about an ID but I don’t know the creative islands ID if I’m right
