Summary
Every time I try to open any StaticMesh, my UE crashes. It doesn’t matter if the mesh is custom or default: the crash occurs 100% of the time.
It happens both in my personal projects and in empty projects.
I tried verifying the engine several times, but it doesn’t help.
What do I do?
UE crashes with the following error:

Steps to Reproduce
- Double click the mesh to open the asset editor
Expected Result
The asset editor for StaticMesh is supposed to open just fine
Observed Result
Instead I see a progress bar stuck on 0% or 25% for a few seconds and then UE crashes
