Summary
Only Saved Jam Tracks (the 8 you select in the locker) show up on the emote wheel. The extended list, that appears in other modes, containing all of your jam tracks does not appear.

Steps to Reproduce
- Load into a Battle Royale match. The emote wheel should have a “locker jam loops” tab and another “jam loops” tab containing all of your owned jam tracks.
- Load into a published UEFN or creative island. Only the “locker jam loops” section will show up.
Expected Result
Both the “locker jam loops” and “jam loops” sections should show up.
Observed Result
Only the “locker jam loops” section will show up.
