I have been trying to complete my address verification for my Fab Trader account since February 15, 2025, but the issue is still unresolved.
Since then, I have:
Repeatedly uploaded my bank statement (as proof of address) through the provided link.
Emailed Fab Support multiple times with my document attached in PDF format.
Yet, I keep receiving the same automated email saying my address is not verified.
The verification link in the email does not work at all, and I have received no clear response from Fab Support about what is wrong or how to fix it.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? How did you resolve it?
Fab Support, if you see this, please check my case and provide a solution. The deadline is approaching, and I donât want my products to be blocked because of an unresolved system issue.

When I upload my proof of address and submit it, the system should process the document and verify my address successfully. If there is an issue, I should receive a clear explanation of what needs to be fixe d.
Observed Result
After uploading my document and submitting it multiple times since February 15, I keep receiving the same automated email stating that my address is not verified. The provided link does not seem to update my status or complete the verification process.

I have tried using Google Chrome (latest version), Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. The issue persists across all browsers.
I have the same issue.
I have once submitted an utility bill (maybe 3 weeks ago), and got a response âunsuccessful address verificationâ.
I have then submitted a document from my bank, but had no reply (for maybe a couple of weeks), and today I have received the same email as you, that the deadline has been extended and I should verify my address. It is confusing, because I thought that the verification of my latest uploaded document is in progress.
Update: I wrote to support again yesterday. I described the problem in detail and asked questions, including whether I might already be verified.
Response: Once again, the same copy-paste reply with a link for another uploadâwhich does not lead to an upload page. My question about whether I have already been verified and what my current status is was also not answered.
If you submitted address verification documents on or after February 18 and havenât yet heard back about the success or failure of your submission, please keep waiting. If you received the email about the deadline being extended but youâve already submitted your documents, thereâs nothing more you need to do (except wait).

I received an email today with the subject line âFab - Address Verification Failed.â I had submitted an official bank statement from my bank, which includes the bank managerâs signature, official seal, and my permanent address where I currently reside.
Itâs quite surprising that the verification was rejected, especially since this same bank statement has been successfully used to verify my Payoneer account, Wise account, and other international payment gateway accounts.
Unfortunately, the rejection email didnât provide any specific feedback or clarification on why my bank statement was declined.
I have been waiting for several weeks for my uploaded utility bills, which clearly show my residential address and name, to be approved. A few days ago I received a letter with no explanation that my documents had been rejected and that I had to resubmit them, but I donât understand why my documents didnât pass and whether this is some kind of bug that will recur no matter how many times I upload different documents with my address.
Since February 20, I had been waiting for the verification result. On March 10, my verification period was extended by 7 days. Today, I received an email from Fab stating that the verification had failed.
I had sent a bank statement that clearly indicated my address. Today, I sent a new statement.
I just received a response that my address could not be verified again.
This time, the reason stated is: âUnprocessable - Document is too blurry, blank screen, or generally unreadable.â
This is just ridiculous. How is this even possible if I uploaded a credit card statement provided by my bank in .pdf format?
Plus, despite this, my status still says âPlease wait.â And who knows when it will change so that I can try uploading the document again.
I send a valid bank statement in English for verification, and I receive a letter that nothing is visible there and everything is blurry. How can I understand this?
